Jump­start your exer­cise pro­gram in 2012 with this weekly power walk­ing ses­sion.   Lose those hol­i­day pounds, boost your metab­o­lism, build strength, endurance and improve your health all while enjoy­ing the crisp morn­ing air.

Class con­sists of a warm-up, higher inten­sity inter­vals, strength­en­ing exer­cises, and a cool-down.

Weekly nutri­tion tips will pro­vide healthy snack ideas, weight loss tips and gro­cery shop­ping strategies.

Max­i­mum of 6 participants.

Loca­tion: Johns Hop­kins Home­wood Cam­pus, Bal­ti­more, MD.  Spe­cific loca­tion will be pro­vided once registered.
