Jumpstart your exercise program in 2012 with this weekly power walking session. Lose those holiday pounds, boost your metabolism, build strength, endurance and improve your health all while enjoying the crisp morning air.
Class consists of a warm-up, higher intensity intervals, strengthening exercises, and a cool-down.
Weekly nutrition tips will provide healthy snack ideas, weight loss tips and grocery shopping strategies.
